What kind of design work is included?
Most requests related to print, web, product, and marketing design are covered. That includes branding, web design, editorial design, brand collateral, marketing materials, merchandise design, Framer builds, social media graphics, and more
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed within 24–48 hours. More complex projects—such as websites or in-depth branding work—are delivered in milestones every 24–48 hours until the project is complete.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you’re in between projects, you can pause at any time. You’ll keep the remaining days of your billing cycle to use later.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No limits! Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your ClickUp board as you'd like. They’ll be delivered one at a time.
How do I request designs?
You’ll submit design requests through your ClickUp board, but we’re flexible. Some clients prefer to write detailed briefs, while others share Google Docs, upload wireframes, or record Loom videos for a more visual explanation. If you can link it or upload it, you can request it.
What design tools do you use?
I use a range of professional tools depending on the project’s needs—including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Framer, Figma, and Procreate—to deliver refined, high-quality results across all mediums.
What if I need web development too?
Framer development is included in your subscription and treated just like a design request. Once your site is complete, it’s transferred to your account and you own it completely. Webflow development is considered on a case-by-case basis.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s perfectly fine. Once your request is complete, you can pause your subscription and resume when new projects arise. Your unused time will be waiting for you.
What if I don't like the design?
Every organization, project, and mission is unique—and so are your design needs. Refinement and reworking are an essential part of the process. I’ll revise and adjust your design as much as needed until you are completely satisfied.
